Our Team

Kimberly Trujillo
Manager/Escrow Officer

Kimberly has been with our company since September 1991.  She started out as Escrow Assistant, moved on to title examiner until becoming Manager in 2007.
When not at work, Kimberly spends time volunteering as a member of The Rotary Club of Weaverville, hiking with husband, plays an occasional golf game, has fun with the local spring and fall Bocce Ball league and enjoys her time with 7 grandchildren, near and afar.

Cheryl Leeper
Title Officer

Cheryl is Trinity County Title Company’s Vice President and Chief Title Officer and has been with the company since April of 1990.  Starting as a title plant clerk, she became a Certified Title Examiner in 1992. With 30+ years of experience Cheryl has obtained a broad understanding of all aspects of the title industry.  Her extensive knowledge of Trinity County properties and experience with various title issues, assures that the company is providing you with the best title services available in the industry.​

​Dawn Dano
Title Assistant

Dawn joined Trinity County Title Company late in 2012 as a Title Search Assistant. She has lived in
Trinity County for 20 years. Dawn is a native of Humboldt County, where she was raised and attended college. When Dawn is not working, she is busy with her family, is active with the Weaverville Waves Swim Team and is also a volunteer with the local Historical Society.​

Lacey Leaton
Escrow Assistant

Lacey started her career in this industry in April, 2022, as our office Receptionist.  She was quickly promoted to Escrow Assistant trainee in January 2023.  Lacey is continuing her training on the Escrow path.  She enjoys paddle boarding on our Trinity Lake, hiking to waterfalls, camping, cooking and simply relaxing.
